Went there last night & I thought it was great. Customer service was wonderful! I could not decide between the snickerdoodle or sprinkle sugar cookie. I got the snickerdoodle and he actually gave me the sugar cookie as well at no cost, which was super nice. They were very good, super soft and thick!. Definitely not as sweet as crumbl, which I appreciated! They are very expensive so not sure I would go back often but I will definitely be back!
Cookie Plug is hands down my go-to spot for the best cookies in town! First off, the s’mores cookie is an absolute game-changer…so gooey and perfectly indulgent, it's a must-try. The cookies & cream cookie is right up there as my all-time favorite…crispy on the outside, soft and decadent on the inside. Their snickerdoodle? A little harder but still packed with that nostalgic flavor that keeps me coming back. And don't sleep on the peanut butter chocolate chip…it's my fourth pick but a solid one when you’re craving that perfect balance of peanut butter and chocolate. Pro tip: get them heated up! I requested mine warmed, and the team was so awesome and friendly, making the experience even better. I even got to meet the owner, and his vibe is just as amazing as the cookies themselves. The atmosphere is so fun, hip-hop-inspired, and buzzing with energy. There’s nothing like popping in after a movie, grabbing a sweet treat for later, and walking out feeling like you've just added the perfect sweet touch to your night. My first time trying cookie plug was because a friend had mentioned, cookie plug was better than crumble cookie, and personally after trying for the second time I agree. cookie plug personally has the best cookies in Medford, if you like a crunchy ish outer layer, and a doughy flavorful cookie, cookie plug is the way to go.
These cookies are absolutely delicious! I guess they're not for everyone, but I loved them! The cookies were soft and gooey on the inside while also maintaining a nice and crunchy (but not hard) exterior! All the flavors we tried were delicious, and we will definitely be back! I highly recommend not listening to all the haters and trying this place for yourself.
Love everything about this place. We got a 7 pack. Tried 7 different flavors and they all were soooo good. The snickerdoodle was the best I’ve ever had.
Hands down some of the best cookies I’ve ever had. Super thick, soft, and packed with flavor. The vibe inside the shop is fun and different—kind of like a graffiti-covered dessert lounge. Great variety too (the purple velvet and Snooperdoodle are 🔥). Prices are a little up there, but totally worth it for the size and taste. Highly recommend if you’ve got a sweet tooth.

My first time trying Cookie Plug was when they first opened and I was super impressed since day one! Whether it was the service, prices/deals or the vibes! Definitely beats any competition in town easily without dropping names 😂 My favorite cookie so far definitely had to be the purple haze and it goes well with a cup or bottle of “purple drank” very well 🔥 10/10 easily and they even have natural made dog treats for the pups! 🐶
Great experience! Grand opening so it was busy. Got the promo that was going on and got one of each flavor. Tried a couple different ones tonight and they were delicious! Cookies are thick but not overcooked and not super sweet either. The drink was delicious as well, it’s a purple lemonade.
Such a cool place. Decided to give a try today, not a big desert or cookie eater, in spite of being a good at home baker. And these cookies were amazing. We got the 4 pack mix so going off the chocolate chip walnut a huge thumbs up. Super chewy and moist, I was thrilled. I carefully looked at the reviews and truly sorry for the unhappy clients. IMY HUSBAND AND I ARE NOT ONE OF THEM.
